View your bill for Office 365 for business

Learn how to find and view your billing statement or invoice for information about your Office 365 subscription charges. You can also save and print a copy of your bill.

To view your billing statement or billing history

Note    You need to be a global or billing admin to view your billing statement for Office 365 Enterprise, Office 365 Business Essentials, Office 365 Business Essentials, and Office 365 Midsize Business. You just need to be an admin to view your billing statement for Office 365 Small Business.

  1. Sign in to Office 365 with your work or school account.

  2. Go to the Office 365 admin center.

  3. Go to Billing > Bills (or Billing > Manage and buy subscriptions > Bills).

  4. Choose the month and date of the invoice you would like to review, and then select View.

    Select the month and year of the invoice you want to view.

  5. Select View Details

  6. On the Order Details page:

    • To print or save a PDF copy of the invoice, select View Invoice (.pdf)

    • To expand details, select the down arrow next to the subscription name

      Select "View invoice (.pdf)" to download a PDF of your bill.
