Work together with Outlook Calendar

Share your calendar

  1. In Calendar, select Share > Calendar.

  2. Type the name or email address of the person to give access to, and select them from the list.

  3. Select the drop down next to their name and choose their level of access.

    Delegate access: Delegates can view, create, modify, and delete items. They can also create meeting requests and respond to meeting invitations on your behalf.

    Select the checkbox if you want to let your delegate see the contents of items you’ve marked private.

  4. Select Share.

Share files with a meeting

  1. Open a new or existing meeting.

  2. Select Attach a picture or a file .

  3. Choose the file to share, and select Next.

  4. If the file is on your C: drive, select Upload and share as a OneDrive link to upload it to your OneDrive and send a link.

    If the file is already on your OneDrive, select Share as a OneDrive link to send a link.
