If you're an Office 365 Home subscriber, did you know you can share your subscription with up to four other members of your household? Each person can install the Office apps on their own PC or Mac, tablet, and phone, and everyone gets their own 1 TB of storage and 60 Skype minutes a month.

Not a Home subscriber? It's easy to switch from Office 365 Personal to Home, so you can share the Office apps and services with your loved ones.

Share your Office 365 Home subscription

  1. Go to aka.ms/O365Share or sign in to your My Office Account page.

    Be sure to sign in with the same Microsoft account that you used to set up your subscription.

  2. Click Share Office 365.

  3. Click Add people.

  4. Click Email invitation.

  5. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite, and click Send.

    The recipient gets an email, clicks Accept, and then clicks Get Started.
