When it seems like your family is going a hundred different directions at once, get everyone on the same page with a share calendar in Outlook. See all your holiday commitments in one place so everyone knows what's going on. Make sure you block out time fo relaxing together, too - maybe a causal family brunch, a brisk walk around town, or a game night.

Share your calendar

  1. In Outlook Calendar, click Share.

  2. Enter an email address of the person you want to share with, and click Share.

    If you want to change the permissions from Can view to Can edit, select the drop-down arrow, and then select Can edit.

    Repeat this step for each person you want to share the calendar with.

  3. Click Done.
