Video: Get the most out of Office 365 on Android phones and tablets

With Office 365 on your Android phone and tablet, you can take your files on the go and be productive at work, on the road, or at home.

Note: The following steps require users to be running Android KitKat (4.4x) or above.

  • Download the Office mobile apps you want from the Google Play store.

  • Sign in with the Microsoft account you use for Office 365.

  • View or edit files stored in OneDrive.

  • Tap Add a place to select another cloud service or tap Browse to add Google Drive.

  • To get started with your documents, tap anywhere to start editing.

  • Touch the Show Ribbon button Show Ribbon button to make edits in a file.

  • Tap the Home button to bring up the familiar Office tabs.

  • In PowerPoint, tap the Notes button Android - Notes PPT Mobile to view, write, and edit presentation notes.

  • In Excel, drag the column headers to move them around a spreadsheet.
