Learn how to use ALT key shortcuts that let you access almost any command in Access 2010. These keyboard shortcuts are also called access keys, and they are handy when a CTRL shortcut isn’t available for a command.


After completing this course you will be able to:

  • Access any button, menu, or command on the ribbon.

  • Move around and select things in a dialog box.

  • Use keyboard shortcuts to work with the property sheet and field list.

  • Move around the program using F6.

  • Right-click items using SHIFT+F10.

  • Show and hide things using Function keys.
