Updating the design of a Custom Lists tool

Workspace members who have access to the Designer can update the design of a Custom Lists tool. Typically, only managers have access to the Lists tool Designer.

Note: You must have Microsoft InfoPath 2010 or later installed to access the Designer and update a Lists tool.

  1. On the View tab, click Enter Designer.

  2. Update the design as needed:

  3. Save and publish your changes.
