Tips for Outlook Calendar

Add a meeting room to an existing meeting

  1. In Calendar, select a meeting.

  2. Select Edit. If the meeting is recurring, select Edit series to edit every occurrence, or select Edit occurrence to edit just this one.

  3. Select the Add a location or a room box, and choose the meeting room for the meeting

  4. Select Save.

Make an existing meeting recurring

  1. Select the meeting in Calendar and select Edit.

    You can only edit meetings you organize. To request a change to the time of a meeting you were invited to, select the meeting and choose Propose new time.

  2. Select More options, then select the Repeat box, and choose how often the meeting recurs.

  3. Select Save.
