The following list provides resources that can help you learn more about how to create, access, and manage your Access databases.

Open Access Help

  • In Access, click the Help button Help button image or press F1.

Database templates installed on your computer

Access includes several sample databases that are installed on your computer. You can use these templates as a starting point and customize them according to your specific needs.

  1. Start Access.

  2. To see all the online templates, under Template Categories, click Featuring.

  3. Under Featured Online Templates, click the database template that you want to open, and then click Download.
