Sign in contacts folders not syncing

You may see two contact folders available in your Outlook People in both English and your localized language. One of these folders may not sync back to your devices.


Follow these steps to ensure that all your contacts sync:

  1. Ensure your language is set to English. To change it, go to Region and Time Zone settings.

  2. Export your contacts from the folder which is not syncing.

  3. Import your contacts again. The contacts will be automatically imported to the correct folder which is syncing.

  4. Change your language back to your personal preference.
