Note: This article applies only to Office 365 operated by 21Vianet in China.
After you have installed Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise from Microsoft 365, you may find that when you click Manage Account (under File > Account) in an Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise application, you are not able to sign in to manage, deactivate, or reactivate your installation. This is because you are redirected to a global Microsoft 365 URL rather than the URL for Office 365 operated by 21Vianet. This is a known issue.
You can, however, manage your Office installation from within Microsoft 365. To do this:

Sign in to Office 365 operated by 21Vianet with your user name and password.

Click Settings ( ) > Microsoft 365 Settings.

Click Software.
