Choose the account you want to sign in with.
  1. First switch to Page Layout view, and then go to the Header of the worksheet.

  2. Add a Picture and then choose one you want as a watermark.

  3. After you've chosen a picture, the picture won't appear right away. But you will see &[Picture]. This is just placeholder text for the picture.

  4. Click a cell outside the header or footer areas, and the picture appears in the worksheet.

  5. If the picture is too high on the worksheet, go to the Header again, and place your cursor immediately before the & in &[Picture]. Then press Enter multiple times.

  6. You won't see the new spaces right away. So click any cell outside the header, and you'll see the newly added space before the picture.

  7. If the picture is too big or too bold, go to the Header again, and then Format Picture. Change the height and width. If the picture is too bold, go to the Picture tab and increase the brightness. Click OK.

  8. When you're done, click any cell outside the header.

  9. Now the watermark will appear on each page of this worksheet when it's printed. Scroll to the side or down to see other pages, and then click a cell. The watermark will appear.

  10. If you don't want to see the watermark while you're working in Excel, switch to Normal view. But remember that the watermark will appear when you print the worksheet.
