Select files in a SharePoint library.
Click Move to on the command bar to open the move panel.
On the move panel, select a folder in the current library and click Move here.
On the move panel, you can also click New folder to add a new folder and move the file there. Enter a name, click the check mark, and then click Move here.
Note: Moving files across sites is currently available in the Targeted Release program.
Important: The history of the document is moved with the file. For moves across sites, the size of the file and the number of file version will effect the time it takes for the move to complete. For more info on versioning, see Enable and configure versioning for a list or library
