Issue:
When you import a Facebook event or birthday calendar link (webcal or ical), Facebook automatically detects the language of your email server location instead of your Outlook.com mailbox language.
This means that Facebook Calendars shared to email addresses may appear in the wrong language.
Workaround:
Please contact Facebook Support to request your calendar export is in the correct language.
