Embedded fonts in PowerPoint for Mac

PowerPoint 2016 for Mac correctly displays fonts that were embedded by someone using a device running Windows. In addition, Office 365 subscribers who are Insiders can embed fonts in a presentation.

Feature available to Office Insiders only This feature is available to Office Insiders only right now.

  1. Open a presentation file.

  2. On the PowerPoint menu, select Preferences.

  3. In the dialog box, under Output and Sharing, select Save.

  4. Under Font Embedding, select Embed fonts in the file.

When you save the file, the fonts used in it will be embedded.
