Create quotes, sales orders, or invoices from Account records in Business Contact Manager

You can create quotes, sales orders, or invoices from Account records.

Create a quote, sales order, or invoice from an Account record

  1. If you have not already done so, integrate your accounting system with Business Contact Manager for Outlook. For more information about how to integrate your accounting system and Business Contact Manager for Outlook, see Help in your accounting system.

  2. In Business Contact Manager for Outlook, on the Business Contact Manager menu, click Accounts.

  3. Click the Account record for which you want to create a quote, sales order, or invoice.

  4. On the Actions menu, point to Create, and then click one of the following:

    • New Quote for Account

    • New Sales Order for Account

    • New Invoice for Account
