Choose the account you want to sign in with.
  1. Select the cells that should have a drop-down list.

  2. Validate data
    (Data tab > Data Validation)

  3. On the Settings tab, under Allow, select List.

  4. In the Source box, type the drop-down choices you want, and separate each with a comma. For example:

  5. Click OK. Then select one of the cells. A drop-down arrow will appear with your choices.
