Create a Recommended PivotTable

PivotTables are a great way to summarize, analyze, explore, and present your data, and you can create them with just a few clicks.

  1. Start by selecting any cell within your data range.

  2. To create a PivotTable, go to Insert > Recommended PivotTables.

    Where is it?

  3. For this exercise, select the first recommended PivotTable, then click OK.

Copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) this data to Excel.
