If you have are using stationery with your outgoing messages, your stationery files can be copied to another computer. You can then use the stationery with Outlook on another computer.

Copy stationery from the original computer

  1. Exit Outlook.

  2. Open the folder where stationery files are saved.

    Because the Stationery folder is a hidden folder, the easiest way to open the folder is to use the command %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Stationery in the Windows Search box (or, browse to C:\users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Stationery).

  3. Copy the stationery files.

  1. Exit Outlook.

  2. On the destination computer, open the folder %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Stationery.

  3. Start Outlook.

Your stationery is now available in Outlook on the destination computer.
