Chatting in a shared folder in SharePoint Workspace 2010

You can chat with other members of a shared folder much like you chat with people in workspaces.

To start chatting:

  1. Click the Expand Chat button to open the chat box in the Groove Folder Synchronization pane.

  2. Type chat entries in the text entry box.

  3. Right-click in the text entry box to open an Options menu. You can:

    • Select text-formatting options.

    • Copy or delete the chat transcript.

  4. Click the Send arrow.
