If you are having problems printing connectors in Visio, there may be several reasons why:

Are your connectors on a nonprinting layer? On the Home tab, click Layers > Layer Properties, and then make sure the appropriate check boxes under Print are selected.

Did you format the connectors with dashed line patterns? Some printers can't print dashed line patterns. Try a solid line pattern.
