Use this tab to specify meeting scheduling settings for a pool.
Meeting Schedule Settings
These settings apply to all meetings scheduled by users in this pool.
This is the name of your organization. This name will be sent to the Microsoft Office Live Meeting add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook for use in meeting invitations sent by users in this pool.
Maximum scheduled meetings per user
This specifies the maximum number of meetings an individual user can have scheduled at one time. The valid range is 1 to 10000. The default is 1000.
Default meeting admission type
This specifies whether or not a user must be authenticated to attend a meeting.
To allow anonymous users to join the meeting, click this option.
To require users to be authenticated in order to join a meeting, click this option.
