You can provide handouts at a meeting by uploading them using the Microsoft Windows-based Live Meeting client. Handouts can also be added to meetings when you are setting up an event in Live Meeting manager. After you upload handouts, you and other participants can download them using Office Live Meeting Web Access.
You can set permissions for attendees to uploading and downloading handouts. For more information, see Managing Meetings and Attendees.
To download a handout
On the upper toolbar, click the Handouts button.
In the Handouts dialog box, click the name of the handout that you want to download.
