Managing Meetings

Issue: Users can be disconnected without warning from a recording when they refresh or navigate away from the Recording Control Panel.

Resolution: With Live Meeting 2007 Service Release 9.1, the following message is shown when the user refreshes or navigates away from the Recording Control Panel:

You are about to leave the Recording Control Panel. If there is an active recording, it may go into a paused state and the conference bridge will be disconnected. Press OK to continue, or cancel to stay on the current page.

Issue: Recording Control Panel user is not notified of audio disconnect which results in blank audio for a PSTN-only recording.

Resolution: With Live Meeting 2007 Service Release 9.1, if audio disconnects during recording, a message is displayed that prompts the user to reconnect to the audio.

Issue: When an administrator logs in and clicks the Recording Control Panel icon in the Actions section on the Manage Meetings page, the link incorrectly attempts to join a meeting and fails with an error.

Resolution: With Live Meeting 2007 Service Release 9.1, the user is now directed to the Recording Control Panel page.

Issue: Users experience delays in downloading recordings.
