You may encounter an unknown error message when displaying multimedia content. This can occur when the program or component used to display the content encounters a problem but does not communicate the nature of the problem to Live Meeting.
There is no single resolution for the error message, because it is a generic error and can be encountered in a wide variety of situations. You may try the troubleshooting steps detailed below but if this does not resolve the issue, contactLive Meeting support.
Close all instances of the browser.
1. Open a new browser window and clear the browser cache.

2. Re-join the meeting.
3. If the above steps do not resolve the problem, make sure your system disk is not full and you have permission to access it.
