When using OneNote 2013 or OneNote 2016, if you're trying to delete or modify a custom template, you may be unable to click the 'Delete' option, or find it disabled. This issue occurs for both consumer and commercial customers, primarily on Current Channel, First Release for Deferred Channel, and Deferred Channel.
