When using OneNote 2016, if you're trying to delete or modify a custom template, you may be unable to click the 'Delete' option, or find it disabled. This issue occurs for both consumer and commercial customers, primarily on Current Channel, First Release for Deferred Channel, and Deferred Channel.
This issue is fixed with update 16.0.7466.2038 or later. To download the update right away, open any Office app and click File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
