There are two ways to cancel paid or trial subscriptions: You can cancel online, or cancel by calling support. To learn more about which method you can use, depending on your circumstances, see Cancel your subscription to Office 365 operated by 21Vianet.

The total that is displayed on the Bills page is the invoice balance - the total as of the invoice date. In the screenshot below, the invoice balance is $68.44. To see your current order balance, choose View details on your most recent order. See View your bill or get Fapiaos in Office 365 operated by 21Vianet.

  1. On the Bills page, choose a month and a year, and then choose Show.

  2. To print or save a PDF copy of the bill, choose View invoice (.pdf), and then print the PDF.
