File to export: Type the location of the file you want to export, or click Browse to find it.
In the Export History section, click one of the following:
All History Includes the entire communication history of the records, including linked accounts, business contacts, and e-mail messages.
All History without Emails Includes the entire communication history of the records, including linked accounts and business contacts, but excluding e-mail messages.
Note: When you import accounts or business contacts you can choose to import all the records, including the related communication history, or you can choose to import only the records you want. However, when you import a selection of business contacts, the related account records are not imported, and when you import a selection of accounts, the related business contact records are not imported.
In the Export Products section, click either:
Yes Includes your product and service items.
No Excludes product and service items.
