You can use this form to submit billable time for yourself or other employees. In order to submit billable time, you must first select a specific employee name. Usually, you select your own name, which then appears as the default selection.
If your name does not appear in the Employee name list, add it by using your accounting system. For more information about how to add employee names, see Help in your accounting system.
Look for Click the arrow, and then click the billing period.
Actual Click this field in the column, and then click the arrow to select the actual time (the actual time may differ from the duration shown).
Bill To Click this field in the column, and then click the arrow to select a different account.
Billing Item Click this field in the column, and then click the arrow to select a different service.
Submit Click this button to submit the billable time.
To access this form, on the Business Contact Manager menu, point to Accounting Tools, and then click Submit Billable Time.
