From the Phones tab in the Options dialog box, you can set your preferences to join meeting audio. However, these options become available only after you select the Remember me on this computer check box on the General tab. The options available to you depend on what your technical support team has enabled for your account. Choose from one of following settings:
Lync Web App: Join meeting audio from your computer.
Don’t join audio: Don’t join meeting audio from your computer.
New Number¹: Join meeting audio by having the conference call a phone number you specify.
If you prefer to not set a default option for all meetings but select one before you join a meeting, select the Prompt me before joining to confirm or select another audio source check box.
