Send Updates

Use this page to write and send an e-mail message to registrants for the event.

To send an update notification to registrants

  1. In the To list, click one of the following groups of people that you want to receive the update:

    • All Registrants

    • Presenters

    • Pending Registrants

    • Approved Registrants

  2. In the Subject box, type the subject heading that you want to appear in the e-mail message containing the update notification.

  3. In the Message box, type the update message as you want it to appear in the e-mail message body.

  4. Optionally, to preview the update, click Preview. When you are done previewing the update, click Done.

  5. Click Send.
