Resume a Lync conversation

  1. Click the Conversations icon (above the search box), and then click All (to display your 100 most recent Lync conversations) or Missed (to display recent conversation requests that you were unable to respond to when they came in).

  2. Find and double-click the conversation that you want to resume. Lync will prompt your addressee with a conversation request, which, if accepted, will resume your conversation where you left off.
