Report filter options: Sales by Salesperson Summary

You can use the Select Filter Options dialog box in the Sales by Salesperson Summary report to view report data by class, date, item type and name, salesperson, amount, or void status.

Open the dialog box

  • On the Reports menu, point to Sales, click Sales by Salesperson Summary, and then click Filter Options on the toolbar.

Select filter options

  1. Select a filter from the Select filter option box to display the options in the Filter options box.

  2. After selecting a filter option, click Apply if you want to select another option.

  3. When you are finished, click OK.

To reset a filter option to its default setting, click Clear.

Dialog box options

The dialog box contains the following options.




Default status includes all classes. Click Show Selected to filter by specific class.

Date Range

Click the arrow next to Date Range to select a date range. To enter a custom date range, type dates in the From and To fields, or click the arrows to open the calendar.


To filter by item type, click the arrow next to Options to select the filter that you want to use. Click Show Selected to filter by specific items.


Click the arrow next to Options, and then select All Employees. Click Show Selected to filter by specific employees.


Default status includes all amounts. Select one of the options, and then type an amount to limit the amounts displayed.


Default status hides voided entries. Select Show if you want to view voided entries in the report.
