Redirecting a message is useful when you're not the intended recipient and you know who is. When you redirect a message, the original sender, subject line, and contents of the message remains intact and replies go to the original sender instead of you.
Note: It is not currently possible to redirect a message if you are using a Microsoft Exchange account.
In the navigation pane, click Mail, and then click Inbox.
Select the message that you want to redirect to another recipient.
On the Message menu, click Redirect.
A new message window opens.
In the To box, enter the new recipient, and then click Send.
