Recurring Documents

When you edit a recurring document, you have the option of replacing the original recurring document or creating a new one. Select one of the following options:

  • Replace  Click Replace to save the recurring document with the same name and reminders as the original. This option deletes the original recurring document.

  • New  Click New to open the Save as Recurring Document dialog box. Use this option to retain the original recurring document.
