On the Online Sales tab in the Preferences dialog box, you can set preferences for how information about sales of goods or services made online should be handled in Microsoft Office Accounting.
Open the Online Sales tab
On the Company menu, click Preferences, and then click the Online Sales tab.
Important preferences you can set on the Online Sales tab include:
Enable online sales
Select to enable online sales. The default setting is to enable online sales.
Reset download start date
Click Select Date to change the date of your next online order download.
View Online Preferences
Click to manage your online sales settings.
