Search for feedback, or submit new feedback
When you're in Mail or Calendar apps, choose the smiley icon on the lower-left nav bar. On your phone, you can find the smiley icon by choosing the (three dots) at the bottom of the page.
The Windows feedback page opens with Mail or Calendar already selected as the app.
Search to see if your feedback was already submitted by someone else. To do so, in the Search for feedback box enter keywords about your feedback, for example, setup, account, and notification.
As your type the keywords, Windows searches for similar feedback. If you see feedback that's the same as yours, simply choose Me too at the bottom of the text.
Top feedback is shown by default, but you can choose Most recent or Me too at the top of the page to see other feedback. You can also filter feedback by Suggestions, Problems, or My feedback.
If you don't see your feedback submitted already, choose Add new feedback at the bottom of the page.
Important: Your comments are public. Please don't include personal information in your feedback.
In the New feedback page, choose the type of feedback you're giving. If you choose Problem, data might be collected to analyze the issue to improve the app.
Type your feedback in the box provided.
The category and subcategory should be set by default for Mail or Calendar. If not, use the drop-down menu to choose them.
Choose Post feedback.
