Use the profile card in OneDrive for Business and SharePoint to quickly get in touch with people, and to see information about them and documents they’ve worked on recently. You’ll only see documents that you already have access to in Office 365. To bring up a person’s profile card, simply hover over or click their name.
Who can see my documents?
Only you can see your private documents on your profile card. Others will only see documents they already have access to in Office 365. You will see a 'people' icon next to documents that you have created or modified and that others have access to.
