Use the QoE tab to associate the Mediation Server with a pool that you are monitoring.
In the drop-down list box, click the name of the pool that will collect Quality of Experience (QoE) data for this Mediation Server. The Monitoring Server that you have configured to monitor the pool will also monitor Enterprise Voice calls that use this Mediation Server.

QoE data collected by the Monitoring Server includes metrics data about audio and video quality from the A/V Conferencing Server component of Front End Servers and Standard Edition servers, Mediation Server, and clients such as Office Communicator, Office Communicator Phone Edition, Live Meeting, and others.
