Lync Meetings tab lets you quickly check your upcoming meetings for the day, without having to go to your Outlook calendar. You can even join a Lync Meeting right from the Meetings tab, if the meeting was scheduled by an organizer inside your company.

In the Lync main window, click the Meetings Tab.
You’ll see a list of your Lync and non-Lync meetings for today as well as the time and locations.

If you want to join a Lync Meeting, right click the meeting and then click Join.
The meeting opens just like when you join from your calendar.
