You must provide the SAP administrator with the URL for the ACS Metadata Endpoint. The SAP system uses this URL to get a token that it has to have to send SAP reports and workflow tasks to SharePoint Online.
The URL for the ACS Metadata Endpoint is http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=236096 for all tenants.
Give this URL to the SAP administrator who configures Duet Enterprise Online on the SAP system.
