Edit Password and Meeting Entry Code/Recording Key Policies

Allow users to change their passwords. Allows user to change their passwords in Live Meeting Manager.

User passwords must meet complexity requirements. Requires user passwords to meet specified complexity requirements.

Meeting Entry Code and Recording Key must meet additional complexity requirements. Requires all meeting entry code and recording key to meet additional specified complexity requirements.

Only meeting Entry Codes and Recording Key generated by the server are valid. Requires members scheduling meetings to use meeting entry code and recording key generated by the server.

Minimum length. The fewest number of characters allowed for passwords or meeting keys.

Meeting Entry Code, Recording Key and Password must contain at least one number. Requires meeting entry code, recording key, and password to include a digit from 0 through 9.

Meeting Entry Code, Recording Key and Password must contain at least one uppercase letter. Requires mmeeting entry code, recording key, and password to include an uppercase letter from the alphabet.

Meeting Keys/Passwords must contain at least one lowercase letter. Requires meeting keys and passwords to include a lowercase letter from the alphabet.

Meeting Keys cannot contain the meeting ID; passwords cannot contain the user ID. Requires meeting keys and passwords to exclude the meeting ID or user ID with which they are associated.

Meeting Keys/Passwords must begin and end with a number or letter. Disallows special characters from being the first or last character in meeting keys and passwords.

Meeting Keys/Passwords must contain at least one character from the set `~!@#$%^&*()_+-={}|[]\:";'<>?,./. Requires meeting keys and passwords to include at least one of the specified characters.

Submit. Applies the changes to the password and meeting key policies.

Cancel. Exits the page without changing any of the policy settings.

Meeting keys and passwords cannot include spaces.
