Edit Branding

Currently Editing Branding Set. Name of the branding set that you are editing. Displayed if you are editing an existing branding set.

New Branding Set Name. Name given to the branding set that you are creating. Displayed if you are creating a new branding set.

Branding Legend. Illustration of the relative location of each branding image on the Live Meeting Manager pages.

Step 1 - Left Header Image.

  • Current Image. Depiction of the image currently displayed in area 1 in the Branding Legend.

  • Left Header Image. Indicates the location and name of the image on your computer that you want to load in area 1.

  • Browse. Opens the Choose file dialog box, where you can choose the image to load in area 1.

Step 2 - Right Header Image.

  • Current Image. Depiction of the image currently displayed in area 2 in the Branding Legend.

  • Right Header Image. Indicates the location and name of the image on your computer that you want to load in area 2.

  • Browse. Opens the Choose file dialog box, where you can choose the image to load in area 2.

Step 3 - Status Bar.

  • Font Color. Color of text displayed in the status bar in area 3 in the Branding Legend, expressed in hex RGB attributes.

  • Background Color. Color of the status bar displayed in area 3 in the Branding Legend, expressed in hex RGB attributes.

  • Color Picker. Opens the Color Picker, where you can click to choose colors.

Step 4 - Footer Divide.

  • Background Color. Color of the footer divide bar displayed in area 4 of the Branding Legend.

  • Color Picker. Opens the Color Picker, where you can click to choose colors.

Step 5 - Footer Content.

  • Don't put anything in the footer. Leaves the footer area blank.

  • Links. Includes the specified links in the footer.

    • Link # Title. Text that, when clicked, opens the specified URL.

    • URL. URL that opens when the text in Link Title is clicked.

  • Use an image in the footer. Places an image in area 5 in the Branding Legend.

    • Current Image. Depiction of the image that would be displayed in area 5 in the Branding Legend if the Use an image in the footer option is selected.

  • Footer Image. Indicates the location and name of the image on your computer that you want to load in area 5.

  • Browse. Opens the Choose file dialog box, where you can choose the image to load in area 5.

Step 6 - Live Meeting Client Image.

  • Current Image. Depiction of the image currently displayed in the top left of the meeting console.

  • Live Meeting client Image. Indicates the location and name of the image on your computer that you want to display in the top left of the meeting client. This image is also displayed in the top left when playing a recording in Live Meeting Replay format, and it is displayed in the right top corner when playing a recording in Live Meeting High-Fidelity Presentation format.

  • Browse. Opens the Choose file dialog box, where you can choose the image to load in the top left of the meeting client.

Step 7 - Preview and Save.

  • Preview. Shows how the branding image will appear in the meeting client.

Step 8 - Publish.

  • Publish Now. Publishes the branding set immediately, replacing the currently published branding.

  • Publish Later. Saves the branding set without replacing the currently published branding.

  • Cancel. Exits the Edit Branding page without creating new branding.

You can add, edit, or delete images in branding set on an individual basis.
