Create a duplicate e-mail message

To quickly re-create a message to send separately to someone else, you can use a keyboard shortcut to duplicate the message. The message body will contain the complete contents of the original message, and attachments will be included, too. Just address the duplicated message to new recipients and send.

This shortcut also works when replying to or forwarding a message. If the message you are replying to or forwarding contains other messages, all replies contained in the body of the message will be duplicated too.

Note: Only the body content of the messages are duplicated. In all cases you must add recipients before the messages can be sent.

  1. In the message you want to duplicate, click once in any of the following boxes:

    • To

    • Cc

    • Bcc

    • Subject

  2. Press CTRL+F.
