Create a calendar by using a template

Word includes calendar templates that are installed on your computer. In the Word Document Gallery, you can browse through these templates and create a new document that is based on any one of them. You can also search for other calendar templates online.

  1. On the File menu, click New from Template.

  2. In the left navigation pane, under TEMPLATES, click Calendars.

    Tip: To quickly find all calendar templates that are available on or on your computer, in the Word Document Gallery search box  Template Search field , type calendar.

  3. Double-click the template that you want to use.

    A new document that is based on the template appears.

  4. In the Select Calendar Dates dialog box, choose the month and year for the calendar.

  5. Click any placeholder text in the document, and then replace it with your own information.
