Click the View tab and then select the Graphics Manager check box. At the bottom of the Graphics Manager task pane, click Change Picture Display.

In the Picture Display dialog box, select the option you want.
If you print your publication while Fast resize and zoom is selected, Microsoft Publisher prints the pictures, WordArt, or OLE objects at their original resolution. If you print your publication while Hide pictures is selected, Publisher asks if you want to print the pictures. Click Yes to continue.

Click OK.
