Change the default time unit for work

In Microsoft Project 2010, the default time unit for work is hours, but you can change it to be minutes, days, weeks, or months:

  1. Click the File tab, and then click Options.

  2. In the Project Options dialog box, click the Schedule tab.

  3. In the Work is entered in list, click the time unit that you want.
