Visio Online is a new way to view and share Visio drawings on the web. You first upload a .vsdx file to the cloud on either OneDrive for Business or SharePoint Online. Then people can view the file in a web browser, even if they don’t have Visio installed. Visio Online is currently in preview release so that customers can get an idea of what it’s like.
Need to know how to access Visio Online Preview? See Visio Online Preview FAQs.
Go to other pages
Navigate to other pages in the file by clicking the tabs in the lower left.
Zoom with the slider
Zoom in and out of the drawing using the slider in the lower-right corner.
Share with others
Because your drawing is online, you can share it by sending a link instead of an email attachment. People can view it in any web browser – regardless if they have Visio or not. Just click Share in the upper right.
View shape data
Click a shape.
Then click Shape Info to see its data.
If a shape has hyperlinks, you can click the link icon, and then click one of the links for the shape itself.
Tip: Hyperlinks are also available in the Shape Info pane.
If you need to edit a diagram, you can use the Visio 2016 or 2013 desktop applications. Click Open Diagram > Edit in Visio
