Apply these settings only during my working hours as specified in Outlook

In Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, you can set your own calendar work days and working hours. In Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2 or Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Attendant, you can select the Only apply these settings during my working hours specified in the Outlook check box so that your call forwarding settings will be applied only during the working hours you set in Outlook.

By default in Outlook 2007, the work week is set from Monday through Friday with a work day extending from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.. The first day of the week in Calendar is Sunday.

To change your calendar work days

  1. Open Outlook.

  2. On the Tools menu, click Options.

  3. Click Calendar Options.

  4. Under Calendar work week, select the check boxes for the days that are a part of your work week. Clear the check boxes for the days that are not a part of the work week.

To change the start day of the week

  1. Open Outlook.

  2. On the Tools menu, click Options.

  3. Click Calendar Options.

  4. Under Calendar work week, in the First day of week list, select the day that applies to both the full week and the work week.

To change your working hours

  1. Open Outlook.

  2. On the Tools menu, click Options.

  3. Click Calendar Options.

  4. Under Calendar work week, in the Start time and End time lists, select the start time and end time of your work day. This is primarily used to check your free/busy time availability for meeting requests from other people.
